Product Introduction
Enameled rectangular wire is a type of winding wire made by oxygen-free copper rod or electirc aluminum rod which drawn or extruded by dies with special size, then over coated with enamel repetitiously.
Manly be used in winding of transformer、electormotor、 generator and various electric devices.

Materials
Soft copper used for enameled rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.2, the resistivity is not more than 0.01724Ω mm2/m at 20゜ According to different mechanical strength, below proof stress Rp0.2 is recommended:
C1 Rp0.2(>100~180)N/mm2
C1 Rp0.2(>181~220)N/mm2
C1 Rp0.2(>221~260)N/mm2
Soft aluminum used for enameled rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584. 3, the resistivity is not more than 0.0280Ω. mm/m at 20゜.
According to different electric insulation requirement to select Grade 1 enamel 0.08-0.11mm or Grade 2 enamel 0. 12-0.16mm. Generally epoxy resin increase of epoxy enameled rectangular wire is about 0. 03-0.05mm
