Product Introduction
Paper covered wire is a type of winding made by oxygen-free copper rod or electric round aluminum rod which drawn or extruded by dies with special size, then wrapped with special insulation materials. Multiple wires are made by a number of winding wire or copper wire、aliminum wire according to required arrangement, then warpped with special insulation materials.
Mainly be used in windings of oil-immersed transformer、 reactor、 and other electric devices.

Paper covered rectangular copper、aluminum conductor:
Thickness a: 1.0mm-10.00mm
width b: 3.00mm-25.00mm
Paper covered round copper、 aluminum conductor: 3.00mm ≤ conductor diameter d ≤ 6.00mm
Combine copper、 aluminumconductor:
Thickness a: 1.00mm-4.00mm
width b: 5. 00mm-20.00mm
Rectangular half hand copper conductor: Thickness a: 1.00mm-2.50mm
width b: 5. 00mm-15.00mm
Polyvinyl acetal enameled over coated bondable epoxy resin conductor:
Thickness a: 1.00mm-2.50mm
width b: 5.00mm-15.00mm

Materials
Soft copper used for paper covered or multiple rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.2-85, the resistivity is not more than 0.01724Ω. mm2/m at 20℃. According to different mechanical strength, below proof stress Rp0. 2 is recommended:
C1 Rp0.2(>100~180)N/mm2
C2 Rp0.2(>181-~220)N/mm2
C3 Rp0.2(>221~260)N/mm2
Rectangular aluminum used for paper covered wire or multiple conductors shall conform to GB5584.3-85, the resistivity is not more than 0. 0280Ω. mm2/m at 20℃.
Wrapped Insulation Materials
Kraft paper、 High-density insulation paper、Thermally up-graded paper、 Nomex-410.
